Liam- 5 Months Old

Liam is now 5 months old. I haven't had a chance to take any good photos lately. So the photos I have attached to this post are off the iPhone so bare with it.

Liam now weighs 5.4kgs which is 12 pounds. He is still a shorty at 58cms. His development is doing really well. He rolled from his tummy onto his back but hasn't quite worked out how to go the other way yet. But its funny watching him try. He still isn't sitting up on his own but he loves to be pulled up onto his feet and stand. All. The. Time. Which can be annoying when you just want him to sit on your lap and relax.

He is ridiculously ticklish! Emma gets him going the most to the point where he is uncontrollably laughing. It is so funny watching him squirm.

Happy Father's Day!!

Happy Father's Day to my darling husband.

We celebrated it by doing pretty much what we did for Mother's Day. Down to the Pickled Fig in South Beach for breakfast and as always it was awesome once again.

We then went over to the park and took a few photos.

Liam got Dad 2 new pairs of jocks! I figured lets start a tradition now of buying jocks and socks for these types of occasions. 

Luckily Rocky saw the humour in it.

Liam Photo Shoot

On Sunday I wanted to take some photos of Liam for the blog, but the main reason is to put a photo of him on canvas. I have a voucher for a free canvas from huggies. I got it by saving barcodes from certain packs and sending them in. So these are my top 6 out of about 112 photos I took of him yesterday. The canvas is  12 inches square. My problem is I can't decide which one to actually get done. So if anyone is reading this and has an opinion please tell me either by commenting or emailing me. Pretty Please!

Liam 4 Months Old

Liam is growing up so fast. 

He is now four months old and getting bigger all the time. Liam weighs about 9pounds 13ounces and is 54cms long. He has progressed to bigger nappies and clothes. I can tell you I was very excited when I could buy actual 'blue' nappies instead of the unisex green ones. Most of his clothes are now 000 and some bigger 0000. The shirt he is wearing in the photos is one of my favourites as it says 'just hatched 2011' I really love it and I know that will be one of the ones I put in his little keepsake box. Which to be honest probably won't be that little really. 

Liam's hair is really starting to grow not so much longer but thicker and its staying dark so thats good too. He smiles heaps and I recorded his laugh he was doing the other night it was so cute. I just have to work out how to get it off my voice memo on my iPhone and save it to the computer. He also started to grasp things other than our fingers and he loves anything that makes noise so it seems. So our milestones are getting there finally but no rush everything will happen eventually.

Meeting Aunty Ruby

Last week Granny, Liam and I went to visit Aunty Ruby. 

We worked out that Aunty Ruby is Liam's oldest living relative.

Aunty Ruby is Granny's Aunty so to Liam she is his great, great, great Aunty.
